The Simple Trader Blueprint: your questions answered

Ten straight answers — what $397 buys, how it differs from the separate Order Zone Indicator, who Corey is, the no-refund policy, and how to test the teaching for free first.

What do you get for $397?

One payment for lifetime access to the full course: the Order Zone Strategy taught start to finish, plus lessons on technical analysis, strategy development, risk management and trading psychology. There is no recurring fee for the course itself — the listing's own FAQ states all sales are final once you have the material.

What is an Order Zone, in plain terms?

The strategy's own definition, from the listing: a setup where three things line up at once — an order block (a small consolidation followed by a sharp move, marking where larger players likely accumulated), nearby liquidity (a swing high or low where retail stop-losses cluster), and a structural shape connecting the two. When all three stack, that is an Order Zone.

The indicator tracks each zone through four states as price develops: pending, armed, swept, and active — at which point the listing says the setup is trade-ready. Invalidated zones are removed automatically rather than cluttering the chart.

Is the Order Zone Indicator part of the $397 Blueprint?

No — they are two separate products on the same Whop page, and it is easy to conflate them. The Blueprint ($397, one-time) is the course. The Order Zone Indicator ($49.99/month, or $497/year, or $997 as a lifetime purchase) is the TradingView tool that automates spotting the setups the course teaches. You can reasonably buy the course without the tool, or in principle the tool without the course — though the indicator finds zones and leaves execution to you, so it makes far more sense once you know the strategy behind it.

Who is Corey?

Corey is the trader behind The Simple Trader, teaching what the listing calls the Order Zone Strategy and describing it as the exact rules he trades live every morning on YouTube. Several reviewers say they watched his free YouTube content and sat in his free Discord for days or weeks — one mentions watching for about a week — before deciding to pay for anything.

That pattern is worth noting on its own: a creator whose free content is substantial enough to convince people before they spend money is giving you a real way to evaluate him at zero cost. We have not independently verified his trading results, and neither has anyone reviewing on the listing — the daily P&L reviewers mention is self-posted in the Discord, not audited.

Is there a refund if I don't like the course?

No, and the listing is direct about it: all sales are final, with the stated reasoning that once you have learned the strategy, there is no way to un-teach it to yourself. That is a harsher policy than a subscription you can simply cancel, and it is the single most important thing to accept before paying $397 in one payment.

The practical mitigation is the free content. Corey posts free material and runs a free Discord — several reviewers explicitly used that to judge his teaching style before committing to the paid course, which is the closest thing to a trial you are going to get.

Do I need the indicator to use the strategy?

No. The Order Zone Strategy is taught in full inside the Blueprint course, on its own merits, and can be applied manually by marking order blocks and liquidity yourself on any charting platform. The indicator is a convenience layer — it automates the detection so you are not hunting for the pattern by eye — not a requirement to use what the course teaches.

Which indicator plan should I pick?

Three options exist at checkout: $49.99 a month, $497 a year (a stated saving of about 17%, working out to roughly $41.42/month), or $997 once for lifetime access.

The arithmetic: the lifetime price pays for itself against the monthly plan in exactly 20 months ($997 ÷ $49.99 ≈ 20). If you are confident you will use the indicator for close to two years or more, lifetime is the better deal. If you are not yet sure the tool suits your workflow, start monthly — that is true here as it is for every subscription on this site.

Is this beginner-friendly?

More than most trading courses at this price. The curriculum is built to cover fundamentals — technical analysis, strategy development, risk management, psychology — rather than assuming you already know them, and several reviewers describe starting from Corey's free content with no prior background.

The indicator is a different matter: its own description states plainly that it finds zones and that execution is still on you, with no buy or sell signals and no guarantees. A total beginner should work through the course first and treat the indicator as an aid once the concepts make sense, not as a shortcut around learning them.

Is this the official Simple Trader site?

No. jointhesimpletrader.com is an independent, unofficial review site written by an affiliate. We do not work for Corey or The Simple Trader, we have never spoken to him, and he has no say in what appears here. The official listing is on Whop, and our links to it are affiliate links that earn us a commission at no extra cost to you.

How should I judge this before paying?

Do the thing several reviewers describe doing: watch Corey's free YouTube content and sit in the free Discord for at least a week before you pay anything. Note whether the teaching style makes sense to you and whether the Order Zone concept clicks when you look at real charts.

If it does, $397 for the full course with no recurring fee is a reasonable next step. If two hours of free content leaves you unconvinced, remember there is no refund on the paid course — that is the moment to walk away, not after you have already committed.

All sales on the Blueprint are final. The listing states this directly: once you have learned the strategy, there is no refund. Watch Corey's free content before you pay — several reviewers did exactly that, and it is the closest thing to a trial available.

Independent and unofficial. This is not Corey's site and we do not represent The Simple Trader. This page is written by an affiliate: the Whop links earn us a commission if you buy, at no extra cost to you.
